What is ÜControl?

ÜControl is a flexible smart home solution that offers a unified management platform via the free ÜControl app (platform) for iOS and Android with BL connection directly to the device, including Wi-Fi connection of devices around the world.

At the heart of the ÜControl system is the free ÜControl app (Android & iOS). It enables device management and user permissions. Time-defined permissions can also be easily set via the app: This enables, for example, automatic locking at certain times or access authorization for a limited period.

The hardware for this solution includes the ÜTopic smart lock – a retrofit motor for mechanical lock cylinders that enables motorized door locking and unlocking.

The system is controlled either using a wireless keypad, fingerprint reader with integrated keypad, hand-held transmitter or with your own smartphone via the free ÜControl app.

In addition to the ÜTopic, the ÜLock wireless security lock and the ÜSmart Relay can also be operated and integrated into the system using the ÜControl app and the control options described above. This means that ÜControl can open any door or gate for you.

The ÜControl system was specially designed for retrofitting. The ÜTopic smart lock from this family can be used for all doors with a cylinder lock; the existing cylinder does not need to be replaced and can continue to be used. The ÜLock replaces your mechanical lock and engages the external handle when successfully activated. In addition, it offers the highest security standards thanks to a mechanical deadbolt.

Installing the various controls does not require any tedious and time-consuming drilling, and the app guides you through the setup process with ease. If you have a garage door or an existing door with an electric strike/motor lock, the ÜSmart Relay is an easy retrofit solution that opens all doors for you.
