By telephone, e-mail or fax, our sales staff enter the orders directly into our EDP system and ensure that the orders are clear.
Immediately after the release status has been deposited, the picking documents with the picking lists (sorted in ascending order of storage location) are independently retrieved by the qualified personnel in the warehouse & logistics area.
Now the picking and packing process, as well as the preparation for dispatch with all data relevant for dispatch, takes place.
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Of course, deliveries at fixed dates or times are also offered.
