Fensterbau Frontale 2026 Post-Event Report

Südmetall looks back on a successful trade show and new opportunities

From March 24 to 27, 2026, FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in Nuremberg was once again the highlight of the industry—and a resounding success for us at Südmetall. With our 150 m² booth, we were able to welcome numerous visitors on all four days of the trade show, engage in in-depth discussions, and establish many new contacts. The trade show was the perfect platform for us to nurture existing partnerships, generate new momentum, and look toward the future together with our customers and partners.

A meeting place for innovation, exchange, and active partnership

FENSTERBAU FRONTALE stands like no other trade show for innovations in windows, doors, facades, and the associated solutions and components. This year’s topics ranged from current requirements for functionality and quality to efficient processes in planning and fabrication, as well as aspects such as ease of installation, durability, safety, and design. It is precisely this mix of concrete practice and fresh ideas that makes the trade show so valuable to us.

Our booth was a true meeting place for the industry throughout the entire event. We were delighted to see so many familiar faces, were able to further strengthen existing relationships, and at the same time initiate numerous new conversations. In particular, the personal exchanges—whether during scheduled appointments or spontaneous encounters—were a real highlight for us. The direct, first-hand feedback provided us with valuable insights and once again demonstrated how important open dialogue is for long-term partnerships.

Warm hospitality and a special atmosphere

A special hallmark of our trade show presence is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at our booth. This year, as is our tradition, we treated our guests to white sausages, Vienna sausages, and beer. This hospitality not only satisfied our guests’ physical needs but also helped foster many open, relaxed encounters between technical discussions and short breaks. For many visitors, our booth thus became a popular meeting place and hub for exchange throughout the entire trade show.

New contacts, fresh ideas, and motivation for the future

We are taking away from Nuremberg not only many new contacts, but above all concrete approaches, exciting ideas, and plenty of motivation for the challenges ahead. The trade show has once again shown us how valuable direct exchange with our customers, partners, and prospects is—and how important it is to work together on innovative solutions.

Conclusion from Managing Director Manfred Rettensteiner:

“FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026 was an all-around successful event for us. We not only presented our products and solutions but, above all, fostered direct dialogue with our customers and partners. For us, a trade show today means more than just an exhibition—we embrace encounters, exchange, and partnership. At Südmetall, we’re reimagining the trade show: for us, it’s a place where we shape the future together and drive innovation forward. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this success possible!”

Thank you for visiting!

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all visitors who stopped by our booth at the trade show—for your keen interest, open dialogue, and the many constructive discussions. We look forward to continuing the topics and projects we’ve initiated together with you and are excited about the next steps.
