Vertical gardening
Vertical gardening is a growing trend that has now also arrived in Germany and Austria. And for good reason: because the green areas that go up instead of down offer many aesthetic and ecological advantages. They transform gray concrete into lush greenery and act as biological air conditioning systems. It’s no wonder that the mini-ecosystems are increasingly sprouting from the ground – or, more precisely, from the walls – especially in cities, where there is often a lack of space. While vertical gardens are often created for purely aesthetic reasons, they also offer many other tangible benefits.
